In a nutshell: This report has been produced by the combined efforts of the All-Party Parliamentary Groups on Diabetes, Heart Disease, Kidney and Stroke. It was informed by submissions from around 40 voluntary organisations. It makes a number of recommendations as to the priorities for the government’s forthcoming CVD outcomes strategy.
