In a nutshell: Researchers have found that it is never too late to change habits and improve your heart disease risk. The study showed that over a 20 year period 25% added at least one healthy lifestyle behaviour while 40% lost a healthy behaviour and added at least one unhealthy life style behaviour increasing their risk of heart disease.
