In a nutshell: Helicon Health, a spin-out company of University College London, is working with Inhealthcare to integrate its heart condition management and education software with Inhealthcare’s self-monitoring system. This service is being used by two hospitals and 33 community sites and enables clinicians to manage patients with atrial fibrillation in the community instead of in hospital. It also allows patients to monitor their condition at home.
